How do you maintain the quality of your products?

Special care is taken with respect to the quality and care aspects, which starts from the procurement stage. In-house a special quality checking team looks after measurements, stitching, stains, torn etc. Re-checking is done for every article. Also the value additions done on any garment is of supreme quality, which further enhances the look of the product.

What if I see the box is tampered with?

Kindly click a photograph in that state and make the delivery person sign on the Courier copy with your mentioning of the problem. Contact care@clts.in, state your problem and attach the picture taken along with it. Our team will get back to you.

Can I request for special message or packaging along with the product?

Yes, we can customize by writing your message on the back of our postcard.

What is the difference between any normal garment and a nightwear?

The fabric quality is the primary difference. The weight of the fabric, feel of the fabric and the processes used on a fabric for nightwear purpose are different in all aspects. Also the design sensibility and conceptualisation is obviously poles apart.

What size would be perfect for me? I am confused as I cannot try it.

A size chart is mentioned on each product page, also size help is provided in the Size Guide and Fit Guru pages in our bottom panel. However if you want fitting consultancy then our in-house Fit Guru is the best person to advise you on your body type and fit. So do get in touch with the team at care@clts.in and they will get back to you with complete fit consultancy.

What are the shipment charges?

There are no shipment charges. It is absolutely free, except for international shipments.

After placing any order, what time should I expect my shipment to arrive?

The stock is ready with us, and you should expect it anytime between 2 – 7 days. However for remote locations, it might go up to 10 days.

How easy is the return process?

It is as simple as cheese and chalk. Just make sure that the tag is attached to the garment and all related accessories are preserved. The box should not be tampered. The outside box should be sealed with a cello tape and our address should be mentioned clearly. Just go to any nearby DTDC counter and courier the same to us. Make sure to scan the Docket Copy and mail us the same. We will re-imburse charges upto Rs. 100 in the form of a code that will be mailed to you as soon as we receive the product. The code shall be valid upto 6 months.

Please note that underwear and swimwear is not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.
