Returns & Refund Policy

You can only place a return request if you’ve received product(s) in a ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’, or ‘Not as Described’ state. Please make a video showing the defective/damage properly and WhatsApp us at 8583994039 mentioning the reason for returns. This should be reported within 5 days of receiving of the product(s).

We provide 5 days returns/exchange from the date of the delivery. We have a reverse pickup facility for most of the pin codes. For pin codes that are non-serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self-ship the product(s).


  • Lingerie & Swimwear– Due to hygiene purpose, underwear, beach sets and swim wears cannot be returned.
  • Return request made outside the specified time limit of 5 days from the date of delivery will not be entertained.
  • If there is anything missing from the package including price tags, labels, all related accessories, original packing etc.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse of the product(s)
  • If the product(s) returned is found to be in used condition.


Can we return part of my order?

Yes, a return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/ exchange for any individual item. However, return can be initiated only once per order and any product(s) being returned needs to be returned in full including all components (tags, labels etc.) as well as any complimentary gifts or related accessories which came along with it.



Reverse Pick-Up Process

  • It is as simple as cheese and chalk. Just make sure that the tag is attached to the garment and that all related accessories are preserved. The packaging should not be tampered The outside box should be sealed with cello tape.

Please note:

  • Kindly ensure that the shipping address and the return pickup address are the same. However, in the event that the products are gifted to another person, we understand that the shipping address and the billing address maybe different. Please mention the same when you are raising a request.
  • Exchange/Replacement is subjected to the availability of the stock with us.
  • Exchange product(s) will be shipped only after once we receive the package.
  • The return shipping cost (reverse pick-up cost) in case of returns will be borne by the customer which we will deducted during the time of refund process.
  • We shall notify the charges to you for the reverse pickup and exchange shipping cost via WhatsApp.


Self-Ship Return Process

In case you wish to self-ship the product(s) to us you can ship the product at the below-mentioned address by any reliable courier service. Any item to be returned should be returned in their original unused condition, with all the original accessories, price tag, parts accessories, original packaging box delivered to you. You will be responsible for any damage incurred to the product during return transit, hence for safety please ensure proper packing of the product before returning. Also, ensure that the outside box should be sealed with cello tape and our address should be mentioned clearly.

Please Note: Kindly ensure that you take receipt of the acknowledgment from the courier person regarding the number of products you are dispatching with the signature and contact details. Clt.s will not be liable for any lost shipment under this process. We recommend returning items by trackable mail because all items sent that do not reach Clt.s warehouse will be treated as non-returned. Terms and conditions for Refund

  • Once we receive the package, we shall initiate the exchange or refund process.
  • Refunds is not applicable for products under the offer Buy 2 Get 1. However, we can provide the exchange subject to the product availability.
  • You will only get a refund of your net billing value. Discounts applied during the checkout will not be refunded.
  • If the order placed is prepaid then the refund amount will be transferred to your account. If the COD order is placed, the refund amount shall be credited to your account by NEFT or by UPI within 9-15 working days.
  • Once the refund process is done we shall notify you via WhatsApp or e-mail.
